Q. Are your prices negotiable?
A. Some of our prices may be negotiable, there is no harm in asking, worst we can say is ‘catch yoursel on!’.

Q. How do you package your prints for shipping?
A. All our prints are either framed to conservation standards or stored flat in an acid free environment. They will then be loosely rolled with protective acid free paper and sealed into sturdy protective tubes for posting. We highly recommend you remove the prints and store flat on arrival. This prevents the paper from curling when you come to framing the print.

Q. Do you have a mailing list I can join?
A. Yes we do… At the moment we don’t have a way to join online so drop us an email and we’ll add you to it.

Q. Is your cart system secure?
A. Yes, we have an ssl certificate and use Google checkout. You can tell its secure by the locked padlock that appears in your web browser. Also we do not store any of your personal details other than name and email address.
