U.K. postage is included in the price of all our prints. Any framed or original work on canvas, board or other, postage will be assessed on an individual basis and invoiced separately.
Postage to outside of U.K., (Europe and International) will be assessed and priced on an individual basis. All International airmail must be insured to full value and require a signature on delivery. This is to ensure that our customers receive the best quality and cost effective method of delivery possible.
We at the Butcher’s Hook Gallery endeavour to ensure that all works leaving the gallery do so in mint condition or as the artist intended. If for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your purchase on receipt please return with any associated provenance to the gallery enclosing letter explaining reason for return. We will then arrange full refund or replacement wherever possible.
