Product description:
We endeavour to describe all products as accurately as possible with the best knowledge we have to hand and we only sell artworks that are in mint condition or as the artist intended them. All our prints are stored flat in acid free portfolios and in a smoke free environment.
Payment:
We accept cash, cheque or secure payment through Google Checkout. You can use Google Checkout to pay with all major credit cards. Please contact gallery if unable to use any of the aforementioned.

Delivery costs and insurance:
All prices shown for prints include first class recorded delivery to UK destinations. Items are sent in a sealed rigid tube rolled in acid free paper. You are very welcome to make your own pickup arrangements providing they are mutually convenient. For added insurance options please contact the gallery.
For customers outside the U.K. including Europe and U.S.A please contact gallery for shipping and insurance costs.
Delivery date:
For items purchased from stock, we will endeavour to deliver within 7 days, (to the U.K.) after funds have been cleared. For all international items, we will inform you of approximate delivery date as soon as we can.
Returns and refunds:
If you are unhappy with your purchase you have a period of 48 hours after delivery date to inform us by email. We endeavour to ensure that all artwork leaving the gallery does so in 100% mint condition (or as intended by the artist). Any artwork received damaged or destroyed will be exchanged or a refund offered on return.
Right to complaint:
Your statutory rights under to complain are not affected.
Privacy policy
All personal data held and used is in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not store any of your sensitive information such as credit card details.
Jurisdiction
All contracts shall be deemed to be made in the UK. All contracts made between the Butcher’s Hook Gallery and the customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
